Gigs

The first gig was in the evening of the first full day at beautiful town called 'Alassio'. The band set up in front of the splendid town hall and played their socks off, stopping local traffic and attracting a huge crowd of local music supporters and on lookers - who demanded encore after encore! There was also a very nice ice cream vendour just down a side street...

The second concert was more unusual. After a long coach ride up into the mountains the band played to an audience in a setting more akin to the Swiss Alps, where the local dialect was a mixture of French and Italian.

This was the region where Napolean Bonapart was finally captured, but not before he and his men left their mark.

The final gig was in the local Church on a glorious Italian evening and was very well received. Yet more playing under the stars but nobody minded.
